Our deposit policy ensures that we can reserve your appointment time effectively, allowing us to manage our schedule and accommodate all clients. We also prioritise a respectful and professional environment, which is why our cancellation and damages policies are in place. Timely cancellations allow us to offer appointments to other clients, while our damages policy ensures that we can maintain our high standards and protect our team’s resources.

DEPOSIT POLICY
All services require a deposit to secure your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and have provided at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be conveniently carried over to your next booking, provided the appointment is successfully rebooked.
Please note: Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in automatic forfeiture of the deposit.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment outside of business hours and cannot reach us via phone, you may send us an email. This will be considered a valid cancellation provided you have given the minimum 48 hours’ notice, keeping your deposit safe from forfeiture.
Appointment Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation text one week prior to your scheduled appointment.
It is essential that you respond promptly with a yes or no to confirm your attendance.
If you do not confirm your appointment within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and offer it to another client in need.
Please note: Any text responses sent to the automated confirmation number cannot be accessed. You must contact our salon directly via phone or email if you wish to cancel or reschedule.

Late Arrivals
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur and may cause you to arrive late to your appointment.
However, please note that late arrival may result in a shortened or modified service to ensure our stylists remain on schedule for following appointments.
For colour service appointments, if you arrive more than 20 minutes late and your stylist is unable to modify your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment cost may apply, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Hair Extensions
All extension services require a complimentary consultation, typically lasting between 10 to 15 minutes.
This important step allows our skilled stylists to accurately colour match your hair, assess your goals, and ensure the correct amount of time is allocated for your installation appointment.
Please note: Deposits are also required before booking any extension services to secure your appointment.
